So, I decided to build a deck that was "hyper budget" where every card cost less than a dollar, trying to keep the average price below 25 cents. Doing so with a set "Theme" in mind was tricky, as there's very few cheap commanders, and very few that are multicolored, and low mana cost.

This deck was a challenge to build, and if anyone wants to use this as a "Primer" and expand on it, add higher CMC cards, and make it have more power, go for it.

The big premise of this deck is to use tokens, and ramp them up through some anthems and swing for heavy unblockable damage using Temmet, Vizier of Naktamun's ability to make a token unblockable. Creatures with Eternalize, like adorned pouncer, are fantastic for this, since a 5/5 double strike unblockable is a very powerful attacker. Overall, the cost for the deck should be around 20-28 dollars. There are no dual lands except those that are less than a dollar (only like, 5 of them). Overall, I hope you guys enjoy this deck, and find ways to really make it shine. Obviously, once you start adding cards with higher CMCs, you can throw in Anointed Procession, The Immortal Sun and other good white/blue token creators.

THINGS TO NOTE: Skull Clamp, Fellwar Stone, Legion's Landing, and a few others are on the more "Expensive" Side of things. you can always just replace them with other creatures that can turn into tokens like the things in the maybe board. You could also exchange them for combat tricks, or something like Azorius Cluestone.
