This is a Nicanzil deck with a deckbuilding restriction that I can't have any cards with mana value above 5. I'm hoping to make it hyper offensive with a lot of Merfolk, with the primary means of ramping being just Explore. I'm also hoping to have as few lands as necessary since I'm not gonna have any big splashy spells anyway. While this isn't going to be the most effective or competitive use of Nicanzil I'm hoping it can consistently be fun. If you've got some good ideas for cmc <= 5 spells, let me know!
