Ay bro. I've been working on a similar deck with some great results. I noticed that you are rocking a few unblockables, have you considered Ninjitsu creatures like Ink-Eyes, Servant of Oni or Silent-Blade Oni ?
Awesome Mill strats, but you want to be careful of Eldrazis like Ulamog, the Infinite Gyre and similar cards. Bribery , Bitter Ordeal and Sadistic Sacrament can deal with these.
Urborg, Tomb of Yawgmoth will suit your Nirkana Revenant , you could also consider including Cabal Coffers to that effect.
I like your Hedron Crab , nice and cheap and with a sweet mill effect, might have to steal that one from you.
Check out my brew if your keen. It is a little less mill intensive but focuses on diversifying my win-cons. Lazav, Necrotic Mind Enslaver

farKENoath thanks for the suggestions, I definately want to get a Urborg, Tomb of Yawgmoth at some point, the Cabal Coffers would be a nice addition as well. I had not even thought of the Ninjitsu ill have to think about that. Hedron Crab is one of my all time favorite milling cards, usually doesn't last more than a round lol.

NBK_SHREDDER hey thanks, Curse of the Bloody Tome would definitely fit, ill have to take that into consideration.

Well, I don't care for mill in EDH, but.....
Hinder + Tunnel Vision .
I run it in my jhoira deck, as an alternate win-con.

Lurking Informant . It's slow, but also the ability to control what your opponent draws is quite good.
In general, I'm not sure I like milling as a wincon, because its hard to work on a different goal than the rest of the group. Still, there's a player in our group I should give a lesson on what happens when he forces me not to play casually. This deck seems like a good, frustrating option.

Can I ask why you chose Lazav for the commander and not Oona or Szadek? They would seem like a more reliable source of mill than Lazav....

Phenax, God of Deception is insane for any mill deck, especially with the Consuming Aberration you have, along with Eater of the Dead , Grimgrin, Corpse-Born and any creature equipped with an Umbral Mantle .

Hey there!
Cool reference to either Oppenheimer (or the Bhagavad Gita). I was thinking of naming a Mimeoplasm deck the same thing.
If your main wincon is DuskCrank combo, I might recommend Muddle the Mixture and Dimir Infiltrator as tutors for those two pieces. Cut Inkfathom Infiltrator and Cathartic Adept.
Whispersilk Cloak and Thassa, God of the Sea are good evasion when you want a creature to connect (e.g with the spike). Plus he protects Szadek (although he is usually too slow to do much good).
Scion of Darkness looks ridiculous. The casting cost is all too often going to be simply uncastable. Why not use a Lord of the Void for a repeatable version of the same effect, for cheaper, and with extra mill/ exile.
Grinding stone is also a bit slow. Mesmeric Orb is amazing mill tech for the whole table. Although it works better in conjunction with a reanimator package. Altar of the Brood is also a good substitute that mills without any extra mana input.
The altar I mentioned is sweet with Undead Alchemist, who turns your hard earned milling effort into a weapon. A groaning, shambling weapon.
Cut Dralnu because he is a huge liability. One Blasphemous act will annihilate you (pun intended). I would rather have a Guiltfeeder or a Sepulchral Primordial
These are just a few things that I enjoy about my Lazav deck, which is a lot of fun to play.

+1, and Happy Milling, btw!
Thought I'd remind you about Bloodchief Ascension , which also combos with Mindcrank as someone mentioned.
and Phyrexian Reclamation is good recursion. Also Extract from Darkness.
OK, I'm done now.. haha, thanks for reading and being a good sport with all these suggestions. I have experimented with several cards, and thought I'd suggest a few of the good ones that I didn't see mentioned here.

i would suggest removing any damage from discard cause you honestly dont have enough discard effects to actualy make it function properly plus the chance of have one of your discard effect and megrim or lillian's caress at the same time is slim and non they will mostlikely be a dead card in your hand

You definitely want a Bloodchief Ascension. Also I understand what you're going for with Circu, Dimir Lobotomist but it's pretty redundant in your deck/not mill.

if you are going for deck destruction I would have to suggest that you remove Chancellor of the Spires Based on the fast you have to have him in your opening hand. an that's he only way to get his ability to trigger. his second ability I find kinda lack luster. you can get a similar affect with Snapcaster Mage and Yawgmoth's Will for roughly the same cmc.
now I would slot in Ulamog, the Ceaseless Hunger exiles the top 20 on attack putting your opponent on at most a 5 turn clock to get decked, exiles 2 problem permanents upon cast, and is harder to remove being indestructible.
Replace Dragon Arch with Quicksilver Amulet so your mono color creatures can be flashed in on end of turn
also Leyline of the Void might be helpful.

Check out my mill deck: Phenax EDH... mind find sime useful combos to help ya out. Example: Pili-Pala + Grand Architect + Phenax, God of Deception + Chrome Mox= mill everyone infinitely by early as turn 3. Play a Leyline of the Void to get around Eldrazi graveyard shuffling.

I would highly recommend a Tormod's Crypt because of cards like Kozilek and Ulamog. Not to mention how many decks interact with the graveyard, so it's always nice to have a failsafe when they try to do something stupid like casting Living Death. Another good "anti graveyard" card is Eater of the Dead. Also I'm a huge fan of that Telemin Performance. I've never seen that card and all of my friends run pillow fort decks so the onloy creatures they run are MASSIVE so that'll be helpful in my deck.
If you want any more suggestions check out General Mills
