This deck has been my baby in mtg, my personal Manhattan Project, my ongoing experiment. It has evolved and enhanced itself like a relentless virus, changing it's method from opponent to opponent.
CREATURES:Augur of Skulls A fantastic 2 drop. He not only helps me get the discard ball rolling, he can chump block and regenerate all day.
Guul Draz Specter
Is the anti-hero in this deck, and one of it's win cons. He'll kick them while their down with his discarding, and his synergy with any of my enchantments here is just disgusting. If an opponent doesn't have an answer for him, he will wreck them very quickly.
Nyxathid Vishnu's multi-armed form, now in obsidian. Cheap, brutal death.
ENCHANTMENTS:Shrieking Affliction A looming totem of punishment. It has a tendency to slow players down , and it always does some hurt.
SORCERY:Black Sun's Zenith An empty field is what you want running discard, and Black Sun will help get you there. The fact it goes back into your deck once you cast it, makes it irreplaceable.
Drown in Sorrow Some kill and a lil' scry makes me a happy boy.
Duress & Inquisition of Kozilek To monitor their hands, and dissect them piece by piece. Considering Thoughtseize in place of Duress once I am not a hobo.
Mutilate An absolute Toxic Holocaust. It doesn't care if you're indestructible or not, or if you can regenerate, or if you're hexproof, or even if you have protection from black. This card just kills and kills. Sometimes I keep my swamps to a total of 6, so if Nyxathid is out he'll live through the reaping and I can Raven's Crime with the remainder.
Raven's Crime Turning land into disruption is amazing, and my beaters benefit from it greatly.
Smallpox So much death for so little a cost.
Wrench Mind 2 black, drop 2 or an artifact? I like it.
