Basic theory:

Build a standard deck, mostly around Death Baron to make a pumped up zombie/skeleton deck with death touch. The plan is to get out a Death Baron or two and pump up all the cheap creatures to make them at least 2/2's with death touch. Use Duress to take good spells out of their hand, Cast Down and Murder to remove creatures, and Sovereign' bite to spread the life points gap.

Phylactery Lich is positioned more as a a "power house" in the deck seeing as how it is indestructible as long as you have an artifact with a Phylactery counter on it. Suspicious Bookcase is put in to help with the defensive side, while also providing as an artifiact for the Phylactery Lich and has a tapped ability for 3 mana to make target creature unblockable--also a good thing for the Phylactery Lich. A second and third artifact card were also added; Short Sword and Shield of the Realm. Shield of the Realm is just an inexpensive equip that helps prevent damage, and Short Sword is a cheap +1/+1 creature buff.
