Shoutout to albino_ninja's Mono-Blue Swiss Army Knife, this is a tweaked version.

I give you the Moon Star deck, my take on the Kaho, Minamo Historian EDH deck. Your aiming to get Isochron Scepter out with either Dramatic Reversal or Paradox Engine , from there so long as you have Sol Ring , Mana Vault or Gilded Lotus you have infinite mana or with Sol Ring unlimited spells going off ( Metallurgic Summonings ); it's usually turn 6-7 if all goes well. Setup with Kaho is important, you get to pick 3 cards that only get used once, after that they get sent to the graveyard, so choose wisely. With unlimited mana and untapping you can use your spell with Koha, bounce her then return her with new spells.

There are a lot of different combos here, most are obvious like Artificial Evolution and Seahunter . A fun one is Reef Worm , Altar of Dementia and Rite of Replication , 100+ card mill! Message me if you want more info.
