Adding blue takes away from the charm of this deck completely. Splashing in another color requires mana fixing, mana fixing means more things can go wrong. Sure, blue means I can have more draw spells and more to go for the storm count, but being able to storm out on turn 5 consistently and swing for 16-24 damage minimum is the name of the game and this deck does that quite well and more often than not. Although I agree on Gitaxian Probe , a free cantrip for no mana is very big in storm. I just don't think it's worth the time and money to make this two colored for things like Goblin Electromancer and the like.

Consider sideboarding Nivmagus Elemental , it gives your deck security so you have more options than just 'all in'. Gitaxian Probe is a MUST in storm decks. I also noticed you're not running Noxious Revival , which I really think you should.
Consider this turn 4, where you have 2 Noxious Revival , 1 Desperate Ritual , 1 Past in Flames , 1 Goblin Bushwhacker and 1 Empty the Warrens .
Tap 4 mana > Desperate Ritual (DR) > Float 5 mana > Noxious Revival (NR) for DR > Desperate Ritual > Float 6 mana > Noxious Revival (NR) for DR > Desperate Ritual Float 7 mana > Past in Flames > Float 3 mana > Flashback NR for DR > Desperate Ritual > Float 4 mana > Flashback NR for DR > Desperate Ritual > Float 5 mana > Flashback DR > Float 6 mana > Goblin Bushwhacker (with kicker) > Float 4 mana > Empty the Warrens ---- Put down 22 1/1 goblins with haste. 33 1/1s with haste if you had a Young Pyromancer on the field.
Note: If you had a perfect hand with 1 more Noxious Revival (and didn't have a Young Pyromancer), you could do the same thing on turn 3.
TL;DR --- You can quadruple each Pyretic Ritual if you have a Noxious Revival for each spell, if you're using Past in Flames .

Shoot, I just realized you still need to draw the Desperate ritual after using Noxious Revival ... You'd need your draw cards in there as well... My mistake.

This is the closest thing I've seen to a Goblin Charbelcher type deck in Modern and I LOVE it. I don't care if it works or not, its worth trying.
I have recommendations though. I'm not sure if you're familiar with 48 card Belcher but how it works is using Manamorphose along with Gitaxian Probe and Street Wraith , all effectively give you "free" draws to cut down the actual amount of cards in the deck. This provides a more stable storm count. So by the time you're able to resolve 4x Manamorphose AND 4x Gitaxian Probe, you're count is going to be that much higher. Granted, yes, you're paying your own precious life to get there, but it could make room for spells that may be inconsistent (see Reforge the Soul that is expensive to cast if its not the first card drawn that turn)
Just an idea. If you're interested in seeing a Goblin Charbelcher deck, I have one built Fire Ze Missiles! (Legacy Belcher)

mrhappyllama This deck puts out more damage with the tokens than if I used Grapeshot the two are honestly interchangeable, but I've found myself winning more games with the tokens than with the direct damage.

Nice! Any reason for Wild Guess Instead of Tormenting Voice, just seems better. :)

Yoshikiki well, as you can see by the price, Wild Guess is one entire cent more expensive. And if we've learned anything from Modern it's that more $$$ equals more better. Therefore, Wild Guess strictly better than Tormenting Voice ;)

LusciousCabbage Ohhhhhhhhh. I forgot the ways of the Modern format. You are correct good sir.

Noticed an error:
Playing the Bushwhacker before Empty the Warrens does not give the tokens haste. It only gives creatures in play the +1/0 and haste.
