Use control and lifegain triggers to punish your opponents for doing anything, exile the creatures of players who don't kiss your ass, then kill them by hitting them with Karlov a couple of times. Probably won't win any games but seems like a good deck for fucking over people you don't like, which is how you actually win at Commander.
