I literally broke planeswalkers. Before we continue, I would like to clarify that this deck is not made to win (though it can), but rather to show off a combo I made.

The combo is of three parts, the main one being Gilder Bairn, which doubles any counters (in this case, loyalty counters) for three mana and untap. Grand Architect taps Gilder Bairn and adds two artifact mana, which is currently useless. But wait! The third and final part of this combo is Mycosynth Lattice, which makes Gilder Bairn an artifact so Grand Architect's artifact mana can be used to activate it's ability after tapping. We can now double loyalty counters for one mana (however, you do have to make Gilder Bairn blue for one mana once a turn with Grand Architect because of Mycosynth Lattice).

If you do survive until turn 5 and you have all three parts out, you can easily win with Ral Zarek or Sorin Markov by doing their ultimates every turn. Tezzeret the Seeker is also a win condition because all of your creatures are artifacts.
