Tasigur is already in the deck, though I haven't drawn him yet in 15 games since I put him in :P
In this deck, it was important to keep the creature count as high as possible. However, your suggestion of Witchbane Orb is good and I will consider it as well as Fabricate (or maybe, staying in theme, Argivian Restoration or Archaeomancer). Come to think of it, Pithing Needle also removes several other sources of graveyard hate.
I'm not a fan of Barter in Blood and friends, because the deck I play against most often has far more token-producers than I do, so it would harm me more than help me. The other removal suggestions you gave are solid.
Also, for the record, Wall of Blood is AMAZING, because it instantly wins games with Necrotic Ooze and provides immense card advantage with Disciple of Bolas. I'll look for creatures to cut, though.

Maelstrom Pulse and Abrupt Decay probably deserve a spot in the deck as really good B/G removal, in addition to putrefy. I would also strongly recommend a Sultai Charm. Krosan Grip can stop artifact/enchantment combo decks from going off if you find those types of decks prevalent in your local metagame.
Bloodsoaked Champion is basically another Reassembling Skeleton. It's not very thematic, but it's another persistent threat that you can keep re-casting from your graveyard without the help of any other pieces of your deck.
Hornet Queen is one of my favorites with reanimator strategies. With so many ways to reanimate her and abuse her ETB effect for swarms of Deathtouch tokens, she's pretty much a no-brainer when you think about it. Hornet Nest might also be a consideration as a powerful card to combo with Wake the Dead.
Pharika, God of Affliction might also deserve a spot in the deck. Your GY will be so full of creatures that you're bound to have a couple that you don't really need, and dropping a deathtouch snake as soon as your opponent declares attackers on you can really hurt them a lot.
Soul of Innistrad is another good card that has been showing up in reanimator strategies recently. I would think he deserves a spot here too.
I would probably take out Jodah's Avenger, Triskelion, Phyrexian Devourer, Wall of Blood, and Stitcher Geralf for starters. I also wouldn't think you would need cards like Deep Analysis, since your hand size is sort of irrelevant in most cases as you're doing most of your work from your graveyard.
A splash of counterspells wouldn't be terrible if you're feeling insecure about graveyard hate. For commander decks I like to keep it as simple and unconditional as possible, even if it means taking the higher-CMC ones. Negate, Dissolve, Dissipate, and Cancel are all fine choices. And if you draw into that Witchbane Orb suggested above, the counterspells can still be useful for protecting that artifact.
Anyways, just my two cents. Hope some of those suggestions help!

This looks nice and I really like your way of deckbuilding. +1. One question: I don't see much ramp here, even though you're in green. Do you find that you have enough for your meta to always be able to play your spells? If you're interrested, have a look at my Sidisi-deck here: Milley Cyrus. I'll play Arbor Elf, Fyndhorn Elves, Elvish Mystic and Llanowar Elves as early creaturebased ramp myself, but prefer at least 10-12 ramp-effects in my decks.

Also, if you are against token-heavy strategies, Bile Blight and Drown in Sorrow are great answers to that.

I agree, more removal is absolutely necessary. I prefer to avoid counterspells, personally, but Maelstrom Pulse, Abrupt Decay, Sultai Charm, etc are all good ideas. That being said, I have played several of those already and it didn't work out for the simple reason that I rarely draw them. What I really could use are more ways to bring back whatever instants/sorceries fall into my graveyard (at which point I'd consider these removal spells); any ideas with that?
I already had a Bloodsoaked Champion (which in fact I had opened in the prerelease on the same day as Sidisi herself). It didn't work out well though - by the time that I was attacking, it was too late for BC to make any difference.
Hornet Queen, Soul of Innistrad, and Pharika, God of Affliction are also all amazing here (especially the latter two). Pharika doubly so, since it nukes the Gravecrawler that one of my friends abuses. Again, though, I need to cut something to put them in. The creature-based ramp is a good idea that I should take advantage of too. The Hornet Nest/Wake the Dead seems hilarious, and I very much like it haha.
Of the cards you suggested cutting, some need to stay in. Both Wall of Blood and Jodah's Avenger are vital to my favorite combo with Necrotic Ooze, and Wall of Blood also does good work with Disciple of Bolas more often than you would think. You're right, I should pull Triskelion and Phyrexian Devourer - but I have so many cards that I want to include to fill those spaces! Stitcher Geralf is weak, I will admit, but so much fun :( regardless, I'll probably take your advice and cut him too. Deep Analysis isn't really there for the cards (though that's awesome when it happens), but more intended to trigger dredge (which is also the purpose of the Cephalid Coliseum).

Do you prefer to avoid counterspells or countermagic? Mystic Snake and Draining Whelk can both be OK in this deck since they're creatures and will still trigger Sidisi, and their mana cost is high enough to be more fair than Counterspell.
Bring back spells in your graveyard? Archaeomancer

Draining Whelk is a good idea, but remember, there is a very good chance it will be in my graveyard rather than in my hand when I need it. I could always find more instant-speed reanimation spells to deal with that though...

I love your deck (+1), and thanks for commenting on my deck. Sorry it took me 6 months to respond. I just built my Sidisi deck on MTGO last night and have not had an opportunity to test it yet. Once I have that opportunity I will make some suggestions on your deck; however, our strategies are a bit different. Mine is token based and yours is Graveyard based infinite combo (which feel dirty to me).
Some suggestions:
Entomb effects can help your deck be more consistent and net you a zombie if Sidisi is in play.
Counterspells are the most consistent inclusion you have neglected, that can protect your graveyard.
Woodfall Primus is a great include for reanimation and removal (even hits planeswalkers).
I will have more in a few weeks. My wife is heading off to college for a few months and I will get in lots playtesting in.

Entomb and Buried Alive were both things I'd neglected, but I'll have to find a copy, thanks.
Counterspells are good, but there aren't any good ones with flashback or that can be recurred once they're in my graveyard. Same reason for my general lack of removal in this deck (because there's only about a 1/5 chance I draw any given card in this deck in a game, I have better things to bring back from graveyards, and including enough counterspells to make a difference is prohibitively many slots).
I probably should include a Woodfall Primus but I don't own one currently. I'll look to try to acquire one soon though...

Leyline of Vitality Could be used to both give you a nice life boost and make your creatures a little more durable. Phenax, God of Deception Could assist both with self-mill and outward milling, and it doesn't hurt that he's indestructible.

But it's a very good suggestion, and I will try to find a copy of Him. Interestingly, He was suggested to me a looong time ago, in one of my original drafts of this deck, but at that time he didn't fit. I'll try to find space now though...

Your earned you shameless plug by providing all that feedback on my deck. Anyway, I have some feed back of my own!
Mana Base
I don't know how much more you're willing to spend but I feel that you could potentially tighten up your mana base a little. Especially with such a colour intensive commander.
-Breeding Pool
-Overgrown Tomb
-Watery Grave
The next thing you may wish to look into is acquire Khans fetchlands while they're still in Standard because they'll become incredibly expensive after they rotate because Modern now has access to all 10 fetches.
Protection
The really annoying thing about Sultai is that the colours offer very little protection for graveyard strategies (despite excelling at them) I would seriously consider grabbing a Fabricate and a Witchbane Orb just for the peace of mind.
Creatures and Removal
There are some questionable creature choices in this deck, like Wall of Blood. I would recommend you go over your creature choices again and consider adding more removal in terms of creatures and artifact/enchantment hate.

-Putrefy (always solid)
-Grave Pact
-Phyrexian Reclamation (this one doesn't fit here but it's a beautiful card to have in a deck like this)
