Here are a couple of suggestions I have to consider, but I think they may do better in your budget version (which I've also checked out ;) ).
- Sudden Reclamation
- Grisly Salvage
- An enchantment from SOI, forgot the name, I know it has to do with Autumn, and it enables self-milling at the cost of and can transform into a creature if you trigger the delirium.
- Dralnu, Lich Lord
Just some thoughts and ideas I had. I do personally enjoy self-milling decks (I'm considering making a Gisa and Geralf EDH deck in the future). Hope these suggestions help either of your builds!

Triton: Thanks for the suggestions! I will definitely consider them in my budget version - I really want to find a place for Sudden Reclamation in here as well, if I can open a slot. I'm nervous about Dralnu, Lich Lord due to the "sac upon damage" clause, though...And Autumnal Gloom Flip is the enchantment you're thinking of ;)
I've been considering making a Gisa and Geralf deck too; if/when you make a list, please link me to it! :)
And if you liked the deck (or the $25 version), feel free to give it a +1 ;) I'm shooting for the magic 100 upvotes, haha.

I actually have the list here, finished it a day or two ago:

Feel free to give suggestions, but planning on keeping it budget at the moment, because I'm wrapping up on my M&D deck. Reanimator/self-mill seem to be the strongest part of this deck, but some builds have a more controlled way to mill zombies.

hot spicy Cryptbreaker. Man, that is going to be powerful here.

illumfolly: I'm happy about Cryptbreaker - he'll probably go in here - but I'm even happier about Stunning Growth!
("3G, Sorcery: Return all lands from your graveyard to the battlefield tapped")
Imagine this with Amulet of Vigor.
"Yawgmoth's Will into Amulet of Vigor into Stunning Growth into EVERYTHING."

That sounds powerful. Nothing else to really add, but yeah, I'm kinda scared now.

What hasn't been said...I mean Crucible of Worlds would be good. But the Yawg-win Growth combo is GROSS!

Casey4321: Crucible of Worlds is actually already in here :) I found one sitting in my "junk commons" box, if you can believe it haha. It's the only truly expensive card in the deck.
I'm also considering Haunted Dead over Geralf's Masterpiece as a discard-from-GY outlet. He comes with a friend, so he's also helpful to fuel Dread Return.

Intuition is one of the best cards you can put here. With all the reanimation, it's practically an instant speed tutor that gets you three cards.

Hey man, cool deck! +1!
I'm running a Sidisi zombie tribal, myself, and try to stick with the "graveyard as an expansion of your hand" theme as well. I also agree with the notion that the eldrazi titans can put you in awkward situations more often than not, since I try to put cards in my yard frequently.
Not sure if someone already told you that, but I like to run Empty the Pits (instant speed, LOTS of tokens, GREAT!)to try and get some final value out of my yard in case my opponents try to play some hate.
Also, please, take a look at my own Sidisi EDH. I'm looking for some insights, and yours would be highly apreciated. My deck is Sidisi Zombie Legion
Thanks a lot!

Have you thought about putting Massacre Wurm in? It's a little spendy mana wise but could help wittle down some hp with the amount of cards being moved to GY. +1

First off love the deck.
Secondly, I did want to let you know of a minor flaw of one of your combos. If Dread is the last card in your deck and you have Extractor Demon on the battlefield when a creature dies, you shouldn't target yourself with his ability. You would lose the game being that you do not have enough cards in your deck. Dread's ability would go on the stack when it hits the graveyard, but Extractor Demon's ability must finish resolving and being that you would only have one card left, instead of two, you would lose the game. The combo does work with Selhoff Occultist being that the one card would be Dread, to be reshuffled, to be the one card again.

That's incorrect. "Milling" does not, by itself, make a player lose the game. You can try to make a player mill 2 cards while their library has 1 or less cards, it will just do as much as it can, thereby milling only the 1 (or 0) cards in the library.
Extractor Demon's ability will do as much as it can, and just put Dread into the graveyard and that's it. Then Dread will shuffle back into the library.

Pheardemons: Thank you for your comment! I'm glad you like the deck - you're welcome to give a +1 if you want - and I promise I'll get around to looking at your version of the deck soon :)
Raging_Squiggle is correct about the rules surrounding milling. The only way you die from milling is trying to draw a card from an empty library. Having an empty library does not kill you (which, incidentally, is why Necropotence bypasses my combo).

I am very sorry for wasting your time with my limited knowledge. I was told incorrectly. Thank y'all for letting me know the actual rules! It is good to know that for future reference.

Pheardemons: No worries, you didn't waste my time - I wasn't doing much at work anyway :) also, the +1 has showed up now (T/O can be alo glitchy), so thanks! :D

There's no such thing as wasting time or stupid questions when it comes to learning this game. Everyone on this site is more than happy to teach/correct rules.
If you haven't yet, or ever find the desire to know the rules more in depth, a quick skim of the Comprehensive Rules of mtg would be a good place to start.

Another good way to learn is to think of something stupidly hilarious and somewhat busted to do, then think and ask around if there's a way to do it. That's how I learn enough rules interactions to be the in-house unofficial judge of my playgroup.

Raging_Squiggle says... #22
If you think you're good on the rules, you can take the online L1 practice exam. It's free to take. ;)
There's no reward other than the knowledge of being good at the rules. Which if you're the unofficial judge, wouldn't hurt to take it.

Also Cryptolith Rite. Next update you should maybe reset the comments so I don't have to scroll so long on my phone, lol.

Squirrel_of_War: My laptop is...not friendly with T/O. I've tried resetting the comments, and it doesn't...want to. I'll try again soon, sorry. Thank you for the +1, btw! :)

He is a really cool budget EDH tool, even if you just pick him up to stash till you have a project that he would be useful in I think he is worth getting. He also makes an interesting commander.
