Saljen This was intended to be a budget deck, otherwise I would definitely have Delver of Secrets Flip and Spell Snare, etc. During testing I did try out faeries alone and they often weren't worth the three mana that the ones with flash had. And I would play Cloud of Faeries, but it is not modern legal. I love the card though. I will consider the Spellstutter Sprite and maybe some pestermites because its at least counter target spell unless its controller pays one which could be enough at some times. Thanks!

I just looked at the price of Delver of Secrets Flip and I will definitely add at least two.

Delver of Secrets Flip is 4 or 0. Commit to the early pressure and keep it alive w/ counterspells or dont use it.

It's my preference, but I'd use Dream Fracture instead of Dissolve. In a deck like this, all you want is card advantage. A lot of card advantage. And you don't really care if also your opponent gets an extra card, because you'll already have a counterspell for it. Another card I recommend is Into the Roil. I use it in some deck, and it's a type of card that becomes useful as the game goes on. Also, more card advantage. I tested both in my Grixis Teachings build and I'm really satisfied. Also, the 2 Gitaxian Probe don't seem useful to me.. I just feel that removing them and adding 3 Into the Roil, 3 Dream Fracture and 1 more Anticipate could give your deck more strength, and answers for the first turns against aggro.

Javaz I actually used Dream Fracture during testing, but it was generally too slow. 3 mana for a counterspell isn't what we want, and I know I run Dissolve, but that actually lets me dig and banish the islands that I don't need at that point.
Late game I usually have at least 2 Dictate of Kruphixs out and that coupled with the recurring Anticipates from Kaho is usually enough to get me by. Think Twice is also lovely.
I'm thinking about what Boomerang-like cards to add to the sideboard, cuz token swarm decks are a huge problem. Cyclonic Rift would be my first choice, but it is above the $3 mark, which isn't necessarily good for the wallet in large numbers, but I could probably manage it.
During the first turns, I generally use Spell Pierce to lock them down. Rune Snag and Mana Leak are both faster than Dream Fracture and can get the job done.
The Gitaxian Probes are to see if we are safe to flash in Dictate of Kruphix or hard cast Kaho, Minamo Historian without fear of retribution (aside from that unfortunate draw step). They are also self replacing, so theres that.
How often did you end up kicking Into the Roil? Because if its as good as you say, ill have to test with it.
Thanks for the comments, ill try to find something of yours to give feedback on.

I kick it every time I don't play against aggro. Trust me, try it, it's really useful. Against aggro, you usually will want to use it turn 2, but against slower decks it's powerful. Dissolve, btw, costs too much. Why don't you give a try to Condescend? It's basically the same, but faster.

Modern MUC would include cards like Delver of Secrets Flip, Remand, Spell Pierce, Spell Snare, and Serum Visions. If you're going on the budget side then you can use cards like Spellstutter Sprite, Cloud of Faeries, and Pestermite] to carry artifacts like Sword of Fire and Ice or Sword of Feast and Famine. As is your deck is not going to be able to keep up once you start top decking. You won't be able to out-counter your opponents spells without some sort of backup plan early game.
