New Sultai control idea revolving around the spoiled Kaladesh legend Rashmi, Eternities Crafter (Master Biomancer filled the spot for curve/colour purposes).

Sideboard is a work in progress, hedging against current metagame. Leylines for dredge (plus Surgical main) to try and improve the match up. Still not sure about match against burn or Ad Nauseum but the rest look covered.
