Looking for general thoughts on the decks design and information on cards better built for the land base that do not exceed 5 dollars at max (trying to stay on a budget side of this deck some cards will exceed 5 dollars)

Planning for a deck full of counter spells, deathtouch/ ways to kill creatures and burn spells to finish my opponents off as i counter their spells.
