I don't think your pox/boom idea is as good as you do. It slows down getting your lili online turn 3. I would just drop the red to be honest. Add another raven's crime, 2 lili, drop zombie infestation, bloodghast, gravecrawler, and worm harvest, and bow of nylea. Add 3x Ensnaring Bridge, and the full 8 racks. You know 4x Shrieking Affliction and 4x The Rack.

I feel that at that point, I might as well just fully convert it to to an 8-rack deck.

I am also 'that guy who plays loam pox.' I would advise to run Crucible of Worlds if you plan own blowing up the world. I also usually suggest, for Jund Pox, Squee, Goblin Nabob and the retrace spells, Raven's Crime and the retrace burn spell, whatever it is called. I currently forget. You also might want to consider Worm Harvest as a finisher, which i run and found is extremely useful, especially in grindy matchups, such as vs. Control. I really like the concept of having four more land explosions going on, though. +1!

OOps, you do run the retrace cards. Ignore that.

You DON'T run Faithless Looting, though. Why is that?

Also, Volcanic Fallout vs. Anger of the Gods on the SB?

Thank you for all of your suggestions and the upvote. I will try to go through each suggestion.

  1. I'm not using Squee, Goblin Nabob because I felt like it was a dead draw most of the time that I drew it. The deck has changed a lot now though so I will playtest as a 2 of.

  2. I just forgot about Faithless Looting. What would you suggest to take out for it?

  3. Anger of the Gods is being used just because I own them. I will consider Volcanic Fallout or maybe even Pyroclasm.

I also checked out your loampox deck and I was impressed. Very nice deck.
