My deck is basically modern, but Dark Ritual makes it legacy sadly.

I'm replacing Zulaport Cutthroat with Cruel Celebrant just as soon as War of the Spark releases!!! The extra +1 toughness is going to come in handy.

Would Grave Pact fit in here?

After playing around a bit with your deck, I would also want to add in Auriok Champion , which rather changes the complexion of the deck.

I am really excited about Modern Horizons! I'm taking out my single copies of Teysa Karlov and Massacre Girl to put in everyone's least favorite doctor, Yawgmoth, Thran Physician .

Try Torment of Hailfire . The opponent loses life unless they sacrifice a creature or discard a card, and all of the options help you.

ScionsStillLive, Thank you for your suggestion. Torment of Hailfire is a great card, no question. I use it in my casual Druid deck:

For this deck, however it just doesn't do enough. The biggest snag is the fact that it is worded "player sacrifices a nonland permanent" which means they don't have to sac a creature.

Oh, right. I overlooked the "nonland."

High Priest of Penance is a devilishly good chump blocker that can add a bit of board control against large targets. That's about the only suggestion I can offer; nice build! +1

SimicMimic, Thanks! You're the first person to mention it! I was getting worried!

Not saying it's any good but consider Cauldron Familiar + Witch's Oven . Also, a light red splash contributes a lot to this style of deck with Judith, the Scourge Diva and Mayhem Devil .

OLucas, Cauldron Familiar is really only good in a food based deck or with Witch's Oven . Since this is a creature-based deck, I don't really want to sacrifice a creature spot or one of my limited number of spells for Witch's Oven. I mean, it does work with my main theme, but I don't think it would do enough over what I already have. I also like your other suggestions, but I'm not interested in splashing another color. I do thank you for taking the time to make the suggestions! Good luck with your decks!!!

Spairut, Lingering Souls creates 4 tokens for 5 mana. Promise of Bunrei does the same job for 3. Fatal Push is very limited in what it can kill. Tragic Slip can kill Ulamog and most other indestructible nasties.
