Putting it here mainly for storage of concept, but made it public cause why not. Feel free to comment and all that. The idea is simple enough, mild control and early[er] overloads/fuses with the electromancer, then pinging with guttersnipe/burns, and finishing with dragons. Nivmagus is a good one drop body, and helps make use of countered/nullified instants and sorceries. Created for love of dragons, izzet, and wanting to make dragonshift not be terrible somehow.
