Oh crap I'm dumb, i forgot all about the rules of the format. Sorry.

As for the Arcane Denial part, that's fine, but if you do get the chance, replace the Counterspell or something else. The Prohibit is smart though.

Arcane Denial is only about 50 cents. link

As I stated before, I'm not from US, so it's not so cheap for me =/

Did you ever get your counterspell? I could send you one free. :)

Yeah, I get one, Captainhightops, but thanks!

Have you thought about Jace Beleren for the extra draws? Seems like it would be perfect for this deck.

It can be tested, but I don't know what to take out. Any thoughts?

I liked the way you made the lists. Very slick design.

Cheers! +1 for the presentation of the deck.

Sphinx's Tutelage would be amazing in this deck.

Mizzium Skin as back up!?! Spell Pierce!?!

Perhaps Sage Owl instead of Triton Shorestalker for more filtering (and there is also Spire Owl :) )

just so you know, cryptoplasm and copy effects do not copy counters, so copying creatures with counters just gives you what's on the card. things like ludevic's test subject aren't great with cryptoplasm for example, because a ludevic's test subject with 4 counters that gets copied by cryptoplasm doesn't give the copy any counters, plus a copy of ludevics test subject with 5 counters on it doesn't even flip, it just gets exiled and can't return.

I had a similar deck like this back when tiny leaders first exploded. I don't remember the decklist exactly but I remember I just focused entirely on milling and avoided the draw/damage spells. Has Iron Maiden and the like been working for you? I admittedly never played against many decks so I don't know the meta all too well but it seems counter-intuitive to take up slots that deal damage when most of your card drawing spells are already milling them. Maybe there are necessary or have been working for you though.

One card I think would work really well in this deck though is Waterfront Bouncer. With all of the draw, you are definitely going to have more cards then you know what to do with, so it basically becomes a repeatable unsummon. There might be other cards that can let you turn the cards in your hand into a discard resource that you could take advantage of.

Another thing you could take advantage of is cards that care about the number of cards in your hand. Something like Sturmgeist comes to mind. In this deck, it could probably finish your opponent off in a couple of hits and take up less slots as a damage backup plan.

The artifacts are working pretty well, GCNDAN3702, I'm avoiding mill spells because I'm tired of playing it.

Waterfront Bouncer seems a good addition, thanks! Unfortunately, Sturmgeist is not legal in Tiny Leaders.

Have you considered Displacement Wave?

It's sorcery speed compared to the instant Cyclonic Rift

However since you can tweak it to hit only low CMC permanents, it is nasty against any token spam or low CMC strategies.

There's also the cycling lands Remote Isle and Lonely Sandbar for digging through the deck.

And Slither Blade is an upgrade of Triton Shorestalker;)

I'll surely look for Displacement Wave, thanks! About the lands, I'm thinking of remove Halimar Depths for another Island, some cards are double or triple costed, so have lands that enter untapped is essencial in some matchups. Both lands you've listed are in the EDH version of this deck :)

Because you are drawing quite a number of cards i would maybe add a Thought Vessel in there possibly just because i only see 2 cards that allow you to have more than the normal 7 maximum hand size, plus you get an additional if required and shouldn't really affect your mana curve even if you do take out the Elixir of Immortality as i feel that card in this deck is maybe counter productive (happy to be proven wrong on that though)

I have Library of Leng in sideboard if needed, but normally I control the board first and then start to draw cards, so is hard to have 8 or more cards in hand and no Anvil of Bogardan/Reliquary Tower already in game.

Elixir of Immortality helps me if I deck out or if the cards that change the maximum hand size are onto the graveyard for some reason. Plus, it gives me some life if needed.
