The point of the deck is to get Emrakul, the Aeons Torn out as quick as we can and win. WE can accomplish this as quick as Turn 2 and win the game.

Opening Hand: This requires Emrakul, the Aeons Torn, Quicksilver Amulet, and Tolarian Academy . The other 4 Cards need to be 0 Cast Artifacts no matter which type.

Turn 1: Cast 4 0 Cost Artifacts, Cast Tolarian Academy , Tap Tolarian Academy for 4 Blue Mana and Cast Quicksilver Amulet. End Turn.

Turn 2: Tap Tolarian Academy for 4 Blue Mana, Tap Quicksilver Amulet and place Emrakul, the Aeons Torn on the Battlefield.

This is best case scenario. You can also get your other heavy hitters out earlier with other cards. Vedalken Archmage will help you keep drawing to get the cards you actually need and move the deck along.
