This is about the best tuned this deck will get. At least while WOTC has given up on value commons.

Anyway, here is how this deck works. (It's pretty standard suicide black)

The Sac Engines:
-Carrion Feeder
This is a bit of a upside/downside card. If you get it turn one, it might be targeted. If you draw it late game, it could be completely useless or win you the game. This card requires intuition. -Bloodthrone Vampire
This is the best case scenario. Remember this isn't necessarily the best turn 2 drop. -Bone Splinters
Regular old "mirror" removal. Definitely turns out better for you than them. -Rite of Consumption
This wins games. Why attack with a 20/20 when you don't need to bother?

Value Creatures:
-Sultai Emissary
This is the best turn two drop. It can chump, it can be sac fodder, and it gives you advantage when it dies. What's not to love?
-Myr Sire
Two death triggers are better than one.
-Butcher Ghoul
The same death trigger twice is better than one.
-Myr Servitor
There is something really satisfying about having three of these in the grave and one on the field.
-Driver of the Dead
This becomes three death triggers, four if you give it undying. This thing is great.

Helpful Cards:
-Sign in Blood
Arguably a worse version of Alter's Reap, but I've found that life total is much more expendable than a death trigger.
-Predator's Gambit
A little bit of evasion never hurts. Plus gives a buff.
-Sadistic Glee
More pump for your chump.
-Barren Moor
It's like a normal swamp, but it can't be a dead draw.
-Death Denied
This sometimes wins games. Usually it's useless, but sometimes.
