Hmmmmm...I like the deck, and all the interactions it has with Storm Crow , but I would maybe include more blue mana sources and throw in some ways to cast your storm crow more consistently. Foil lands could work really well here to give storm crow some shine. Have you considered Island ? Some cool lands like that could help the deck go off smoother. It could be clunky if you don't hit your draws well enough.

Great ideas cschiller. I never considered using foil lands. Islands are a great idea too. However, I'm also planning to buy a foil Storm Crow , and I don't have enough money to buy all the foil lands, Islands, and foil Storm Crow . Which should I get: all foil lands, replace all lands with Islands, or foil Storm Crow ?

Well, a premium foil Storm Crow from From the Vault: Storm Crow can get pretty pricey. I do think that the mechanics of this deck would be greatly improved with the edition of all islands, so I think that's the way to go.

Imagine playing against this, you're just pumping lands, got another hand full of lands and your opponent only knows he's playing against blue, possibly control. The Paranoia this must induce!

I playtested it btw, it beats a Zur the Enchanter pretty much every time.
