A semi-budget competitive Duel Commander deck I recently built. The main wincondition is to use a Polymorph -like effect on Baral which results in Emrakul, the Aeons Torn entering the battlefield. The obvious upgrades are Foil --> Force of Will , Jace Beleren--> Jace, the Mind Sculptor and 2 weak counterspells-->Cryptic Command and Pact of Negation
