I HATE STANDARD, AND THIS IS WHY:

"Standard" is a ridiculous format, designed to make you spend money on the still in print booster packs. WOTC calling it "standard," is a psychological ploy to trick you into viewing this format as the "norm."

Now for my stupid deck:

This is going to be a basic Red Deck Wins/Cheese deck, since it can be done with somewhat of a budget, and is still quite competitive as an archetype.

I plan to focus on fast creatures with fast direct damage. Back in the day, we called this "cheese." I am aiming to make, what is basically, a "standard" version of my archetype "cheese" deck Mr Pauperdopoulos's goblin pee wee football league that I have had great success with over the last 25+ years.

I would like to use this deck at the local standard tournament, since the entrance fee is only $3 and is much more affordable than a booster draft.

All that said, I need to hone this down to be able to win on turn 3, and definitely win by turn 4 consistently.

Any advice would be greatly appreciated.

Thanks in advance~
