This is a deck designed for use post-rotation i.e. no ravnica or m14. Izzet guildgate is a placeholder for as yet unannounced U/R dual land that they will surely print.

Prophetic Flamespeaker can draw me two cards (as long as I can play them both, else exiled). Awesome! Enchanted with Aqueous Form I can't be blocked and i get to scry before the conditional drawing, even bloody better!

How many cards are we drawing, well 4 Dictate of Kruphix's means 5 cards a turn, Keranos, God of Storms out on the field, well i'll either draw 6 or lightning bolt you. In addition to whatever I get from the prophesizer.

When we are in a state that we are drawing 3,4,5 cards a turn you best hope i don't have mana open to make my Stormbreath Dragon monstrous.

So essentially this deck, and admittedly my opponent's can pull a heck of a lot of cards off the top of the deck in just one game! Makes every game just that much more fun.
