A EDH deck centered around becoming the monarch then ruling the board as one! Play heavy in to politics as you incentivize your opponents to fight among themselves and discourage them from going after you. Rein over the table like the king or queen you are, using friend or foe cards like Virtus's Maneuver and Regna's Sanction to reward those who would support your rule and punish those who dare to oppose you.

Grant gifts such as Curse of Opulence , Curse of Disturbance , Crown of Doom and Xantcha, Sleeper Agent to show that you are a generous ruler while weaken your foes from within

Remind your enemies that you're in charge with Will of the Council and Council's Dilemma cards to have them choose how you'll rule over them while stacking the deck in your favor with Ballot Broker and Brago's Representative

Finally, once everyone has finished destroying themselves, send in your armies to close out games with generals like Alesha, Who Smiles at Death and Avatar of Woe to finish off survivors

Show that if someone wants to cut a king, they'd better cut him to the quick with this flavorful and relatively budget friendly deck! Note: When I wrote this the deck was only $120, One day I may learn to stick to a budget
