some combo/payoff changes... —March 25, 2020

intuition felt like enough. maybe it was that i kept drawing both. unsure. might undo the buried alive removal. glory was a win-more card, and people just go after enchants anyways. they were more useful when i banked on cards like Jotun Grunt to keep me alive, and i needed them to stick. mental note never impressed me. islands and plains were replaced with more flexible lands, as i continuously found myself with incorrect mana in the early game. false memories... i'm really unsure about. it proved itself time and time again to be an amazing card.

EDIT: Disregard all this. Went back on the changes like I thought I would.
Mist of Stagnation has been removed. As much as I love the combo synergy with the rest of my deck, I feel like I need a loving playgroup to even be able to touch it.
Forgotten Crypt has been added. Had my eye on this one for a long time. Also combos with Ashiok, Dream Render to kill people. Shifting Loyalties has been introduced as well, as it can give both the Crypt or a Cephalid to someone, leading to a kill.
Glory and False Memories have been replaced. Magus of the Bazaar and Talisman of Progress are now in their place. I'm extremely tentative on removing Glory now that I've added better draw/discard, but I'm trying to get my early game as solid as possible, as that's the only thing I ever struggle with.
Jotun Grunt and Tunnel Vision have been... removed. These two are my personal favorite pet combo. I may reintroduce Jotun Grunt alongside Mist of Stagnation... not sure. They've been replaced with Commander's Sphere and.. something else. I don't remember lol.
Extremely tentative changes. I hate removing pet cards/combos.
