Uses Villainous Wealth and Infinite Mana Combos. I know the combo is fragile but the deck only needs to win once for you to be happy. Exile every card in their library, use every single one of them, excluding lands, and then pass the turn. They try to draw a card, but they can't.

Put two Market Festivals on one land and use Kiora's Follower to have it produce 6 mana in one tap. Use Kiora's Follower to untap it and then use Thassa's Ire to repeatedly untap Kiora's Follower and tap the land. Infinite Mana for Villainous Wealth. If you cannot achieve two Market Festivals then use Villainous Wealth without it to bulk up your defense in preparation for when you get another Villainous Wealth (Hopefully you have another Market Festival by then..
