The biggest reason for no whirlpool is it doesn't refill my hand, which is an absolute requirement. I will definitely be putting Cruise, Dig, Deep and FoF into their though thank you for reminding me.

Huh. This looks pretty cool TBH. Maybe I'll take apart my Zada deck and try converting it into an Arjun deck.
Do you ever win by pseudo-storm (chaining a bunch of spells)? If so, you might manage to win off of Aetherflux Reservoir or Sphinx-Bone Wand.

Ok so few questions first off.
Do you want me to look at this with some kind of budget in mind, or just go all out with suggestions no matter their price?
Do you feel like you have enough counter spells (more so personal question, because a friend has a build of this but is always complaining about never having counter spells)?
What power level are you thinking about making this? Like trying to go all out cut throat, or more casual but can win and people won't target you on the spot next game.
How often are you able to get to big mana cards like Omniscience, Temporal Cascade, Thought Reflection, ect.?
Is there anything in specific you want me to look at numbers wise? I.E. getting a specific card or type of card.

CatgrooveI feel like my counterspells are ok right now. Often, I don't need them (currently running a budget version). as cut-throat as possible, no budget restrictions as this is my list i will work up to over time. Omniscience is usually hit off of Show and Tell, which also drops archive and thought reflection. Cascade is one of my go to pitch cards because of Mizzix's Mastery and it is 1 card that draw me 7, which i need sometimes mid combo to refill my hand. the big spells are usually post show and splode or high tiding into the afterlife. How consistanly i can combo off once Arjun is out, either via arhcive/reflection+Labman, or via crawler/niv-mizzet, setting damage based around a 4 person pod.
Daedalus19876 Honestly no, I tend to win off of having 5-6 cards in hand and a psychosis crawler out, then just chaining 1 or 0 mana spells until they all die, my budget build has some storm stuff in it, rituals and the like, but often, i just leave the storming to my nekusar friend.

Ok well to start on the mana base then you'll want to, in my opinion, try and get in the last 3 fetch lands in your colors or at least Scalding Tarn. Volcanic Island should also be in.
Could you give your reasoning for Nykthos, Shrine to Nyx. The way I see it, you have so few colored permanents that it is not adding too much until you get out one of your triple blue cards. In this respect I see it as win more as by the time you are able to tap it for mana then it would cost you, you already have something big out.
Another thing I'm thinking about is maybe focusing more on one or two wincons. As of now it looks like you've got a good bit of ways to win but they become redundant. I.E. why try to mill 3 peoples 70-90ish card decks when you could just burn them for 30-50ish? Also Lab man really only comes into use when paired with Thought Reflection, and if Swords to Plowshares or other removal hits him you could very well deck yourself.
I'm going to talk with my friend thats been playing this deck for a while and get his input on some ideas. And will try brewing this myself.

Almost forgot. Goblin Electromancer, Jace's Sanctum, Mind Over Matter, Niv-Mizzet, Dracogenius and Curiosity, Lightning Greaves. Just some off the top ideas.

I will look at putting in the cost reducers and the land base does need some updates. i also run Obstinate Familiar as an anti-deck tech. greaves is good, with dracogenius, i could be spending my mana better. mind over matter is good, but every card in my deck is really crucial because i need as many cards in my hand as possible, plus if i run it, ill just add in temple bell for another combo. Curiosity is good and I will put that in there along with greaves.

I play a very similar deck, so I'm wondering: why no Enter the Infinite?

Often, i don't get to 12 mana. I tend to combo off the turn after i play arjun, which can be as fast as turn 2, but usually turn 4.

You have a pretty good mana base, good enough to fuck up a bit. You could use a Geier Reach Sanitarium and a Desolate Lighthouse.
If you really like drawing cards where the hell is your Treasure Cruise, Dig Through Time, Deep Analysis, and your Fact or Fiction? Those are the greatest card drawing cards there are after Gush.
You seem to like wheels but you aren't even playing the wheel that can wheel again Whirlpool Warrior
