What the deck does

It makes a bunch of artifacts such as Cogworker's Puzzleknot and Metalspinner's Puzzleknot and then sacrifices them to make Marionette Master make the opponent lose life. If you manage to get both Marionette Masters, then you can make the opponent lose 8 or more life just for letting you lose an artifact. Hooray.
