I thought of this deck idea one night while listening to Die Antwoord and 3 Mezcals and 4 Absinthes In. Needless to say my mind was in an altered state when the Ninja and his counterpart Yolandi knocked on my Door.
"ELLO DJ ARTECH" said Yolandi in her soft childish voice
"....ehye mahn," said the Ninja and he pumped his chin up as he spoke
I looked at them but couldn't speak as the absinthe had numbed my movements. Wide eyes and blurred i nodded. I knew why they had come, they came to give me guidance, strength, and above all...hash.After a short montage of inebriated induced images of hash intake and expulsion Yolandi began to speak...
"Remember, it is not, the ninja that pretex-, but de butterfly dat truly pretex- the ninja...... bye bye friend." Her words were nourishing and compelling, soothing to the tipsy soul that had over taken me.
"dj...." the ninja nodded, bold, and proud he looked into my soul and turned away. The door slowly closed behind them as they walked into the sunset canvas behind them.
.....I am your butterfly....
I have seen to many Ninjutsu decks and one thing they all had in common is they were the exact same. It took some honing but it has a different feel than the others. Mosts are solid Dimir decks however after playtesting and playtesting it would always fizzle out. What it needed was some power, and with the brute force of red flying at you steadily up to turn 8, you can easily drop the damage.. So With a carefully honed mana flow and card draw the dash of red ramps up your creatures with shocking power. I would enjoy to hear your ideas behind this deck but as i stated, its not your same old ninjutsu set. Give it a few playtests
