Blue white counterspell deck, with an emphasis on countering/redirecting as much as possible. In other words, lots of counterspells or abilities that counterspell, lots of card draw, and as much mana ramp+cost reduction I could fit so that ideally I always have a counterspell ready to go.

There's so many counterspell cards out there I may not have the best mix. Open to suggestion.

Originally inspired by Decree of Silence + Solemnity combo.

Also included some other cards based on decks like grand-arbiter-augustin-iv-primer to make the deck actually somewhat effective. Although these don't necessarily fit the theme.

Dramatic Reversal + Isochron Scepter and some artifact for infinite mana + Walking Ballista for pinging to death.

Grand Architect + Pili-Pala also gives infinite mana.

Karn, the Great Creator + Mycosynth Lattice to disable land.

Avacyn, Angel of Hope + Nevinyrral's Disk for another way to board wipe.

The name is from a japanese light novel. Soul Parry is the only card in the game with the word "parry" in it, but it's not very good so I had to remove it unfortunately.
