I built this deck around Chandra's Spitfire and Kiln Fiend abilities and putting in as many sources of direct damage and burn spells as possible.

This deck is truly a budget deck, but you should still be able to have a lot of fun flinging the burn spells and flying in for lethal damage.

Switched out some redundant creatures and burn spells for some more utility cards like Act of Treason, Fling, and Infernal Plunge.

My playtesting seems to have improved, and the deck feels a lot more versatile in different situations now.
