I've added Curse of Bloodletting for this one combo that has a very small chance of actually working, but here it is:
T1: Mountain, Goblin Fireslinger or Bloodcrazed Goblin
T2: Mountain, Infernal Plunge targeting my creature, Seething Song , Curse of Bloodletting , Lava Spike or Lightning Bolt to their face for 6 damage!
T3: Mountain, 3x Lava Spike or Lightning Bolt for the win!

I'm not seeing the Curse of Bloodletting as a good idea. Too high of a drop to be worth the trade-off in consistency.
Suggestions: -1 Curse of Bloodletting -1 Mark of Mutiny -2 Mountain -1 Seething Song
+2 Chain Lightning , +2 Wild Guess or Faithless Looting , +1 Fireball
If this weren't budget, I'd say +2 Hellrider . He's wicked with Chandra's Phoenix .

Goblin Tunneler can make Chandra's Spitfire and Kiln Fiend unblockable as long as you tap him before you buff them up.

If it weren't for it being a budget deck, I'd throw in Hellrider , nixing the Fire Servant and Spire Barrage . Good starting build.
