Details

• Most of the deck is 1/1s or cards that make 1/1 tokens. If they're yours, they're dragon fodder. If they're not yours, they're Belligerence fodder.
• Pestilent Spirit gives Belligerence deathtouch, treating everything like a 1/1.
• Altac Bloodseeker: after popping 4 creatures it's a 10/1 with First Strike and Haste.
• Exuberant Firestoker is another mana dork (read: potential dragon) that pings enemy planeswalkers for 2 damage.
• Fractured Loyalty enchants a creature to become the property of the last player who targeted it. Sarkhan's -2 targets, meaning Fractured Loyalty is a red edict that also gives you a dragon.
• Dragon Tempest gives your dragons haste, and can domino Belligerence triggers into a one-sided board wipe. It can also kill planeswalkers and even players when X is big enough.
• Hissing Iguanar can shoot Planeswalkers after a wrath or Belligerence. Goblin Sharpshooter can shoot planeswalkers or creatures after Belligerence.

Worldgorger Dragon

Discard Worldgorger Dragon, then cast Animate Dead or Dance of the Dead, returning Worldgorger from your graveyard to play. It exiles your board, including the enchantment, which causes Worldgorger to die. Then your permanents return from exile, Animate Dead targets Worldgorger in grave, and that's an infinite loop. To end the loop, target a different creature with Animate Dead. This combo generates infinite mana from your flickered lands.

• Entomb, Kolaghan's Command, Faithless Looting, Sparkhunter Masticore, and Geier Reach Sanitarium are your discard outlets for Worldgorger. Do not tutor the combo without them.
• Piranha Marsh or Shivan Gorge generate infinite 1 direct damage pings.
• Sling-Gang Lieutenant can sac the token it makes each loop for infinite pings.
• Dragon Tempest sees Worldgorger enter the battlefield, generating infinite pings.
• Sparkhunter Masticore with infinite mana lets you kill and recast Sarkhan, using 0 to draw your deck. Play a creature, -2 it, and -4 infinite times.
• Dragon's Hoard sees Worldgorger enter and can draw a card each loop, drawing your entire deck. From there, use the above combos with your spare reanimate spell.
• Gadrak, the Crown-Scourge can be played at the end of a Worldgorger turn to create infinite treasure. This will not win the game immediately and should only be used as a last resort.
