This deck was built to just piss people off. You discard their hand as quickly as possible. Then ideally you will play The Rack or Shrieking Affliction. Surgical Extraction is there to ensure once you get down an artifact or enchant that after the first Abrupt Decay or similar card there won't be another. This also helps to make sure Ensnaring Bridge gets out and stays out so no creature shall pass.

Life from the Loam and Raven's Crime are a combo that I am trying to abuse with this deck as well, to ensure my opponent will never see a decent hand.
