I wanna play Yu-Gi-Oh but WOTC doesn't let me

Modern Casual GU (Simic)

Sideboard

Maybe a bit overdone, but Kona, Rescue Beastie is SO FKIN FUN. Quite inspired by the versions in MTG Arena (for Standart in particular) now that Foundations is out. The idea of the deck is simple, tap Kona, Rescue Beastie before the 2nd main phase and try putting on the board the nastiest thing (although in a budget, so probably Walmart level scary instead).

My favourite line is to put an Omniscience in play and just have fun playing Yu-Gi-Oh. I wish I could use Atraxa, Grand Unifier or Griselbrand, but no money, so no fun. I tried solving it by putting some draw spells and similar, but it is not nearly the same. I used The World Spell and Invasion of Ixalan   to dig deeper trying to keep everything moving, to at some point put Worlspine Wurm into play, and hopefully be scary from then.

I know that I could have used MUCH better threats, Ulamog, the Ceaseless Hunger or any of the big Eldrazi work, but they are currently WAY out of my budget. So, any recommendations are more than welcome. Rn I am working in improving what I can do from a Omniscience and maybe get something more immediately impactful than Worldspine Wurm.

Updates Add

I have added some cards to the sideboard. I have been trying them as threats to put with Omniscience or Kona, Rescue Beastie, as I think it would be nice to have an option other than Worldspine Wurm, especially ones that are more immediately dangerous.

First, the Overlord of the Boilerbilges. The new overlord cycle is amazing, but most are just out of my budget range, so this is the only one I get to work with. It has some more immediate impact and can act as removal of annoying pieces, which the deck struggles. I will try it a bit more, but it feels very nice. The only downside is the double red pips, so it would be a rare occurrance to just cast it, although possible with the mana dorks, but it is clearly not its function.

Progenitus has a similar function as Worlspine Wurm, just a mig threatening beater that is annoying to deal. The first just has protection, while the second creates some 5/5s.

Iona, Shield of Emeria is also self-explanatory. It can completely shut down an opponent's deck, or at least cut them from some essential pieces of interaction, which can buy crucial time to make it to the next turn.

End-Raze Forerunners act as a mini Craterhoof Behemoth, as it is quite out of budget. It is really only helpful the turn after you get Omniscience out, as you have to wait for your second main to get the permanent from Kona, Rescue Beastie. Still, it might be a good solution to close a game, especially if you have several mana dorks in the field, but I am not very convinced with it.

Finally, Approach of the Second Sun. It is more of a gimmick really, and requires already an Omniscience and maybe some more card draw than what I have in the deck.
