I like having both, the Baneslayer Angel if I need to close out the game fast in a more risky way, and Maelstrom Archangel for profit. I'm not a big fan of Chromanticore though.

Really sweet deck, but I'm curious on some of your card choices. Namely, Rhox War Monk, Rafiq of the Many, Saffi Eriksdotter, Maelstrom Archangel, and Finest Hour. Can you explain what they are for and why you run them over other options?

They're mainly appealing to my Timmy side. They have value for their CMC, and I decided to keep them. They are definitely not perfect. I have found that Rafiq and Finest hour are actually performing well at a semi to high competitive level (At my proxy tourney's of course, I'm not made of money.)
