why not play Doubling Season if the deck is generally focused on plainswalkers?

I feel like I need one or two more planeswalkers that bring creature tokens to the table. I am not sure if cutting the second elspeth was the right decision. Also I feel like my much earlier cut of the other ajani's might be worth revisiting... not sure yet.

Manabase suggestions would be much appreciated.

Sandsteppe Citadel, Opulent Palace, Seaside Citadel & Arcane Sanctum as a start. Your only color that has a low overall number is red which is at 7 devotion (not including the commander). I would increase the manabase personally with an average CMC of 4.29. I think 37 to 38 lands would be better for your deck to help you get more consistency. I give your playgroup props for removing tutors out of the equation. That is a good test of deck building skills.

I would suggest removing Astral Cornucopia and Decree of Annihilation. Astral seems to be a little to mana intensive to be useful. As for decree of annihilation, I understand being in here, but with 6 other technical wrath spells, it seems to me over redundant. I would replace these with lands, in my opinion.

Hope this helps!

How about Dormant Sliver? Turns your commander's ability into ": Draw a card". Cryptolith Rite might help act as another Manaweft Sliver as well.

I am considering replacing Tamiyo, Field Researcher with Karn, Scion of Urza. I think Karn will give more consistent draw, and has the added benefit of dropping creatures that.
