love this deck! it's exactly what i've been looking for, i don't have an EDH deck and i'm not that into it beyond casual games so i want something fun to play that does silly things and not expensive to put together. nailed it here, +1 from me and i'm building it for sure!
Two things i'll add to mine though - Island Sanctuary - Mystic Decree trololol

Some silliness could be had with Ice Cave , as well as Curse of the Swine , Or perhaps a Meekstone to keep those big mean creatures at bay. And dang it is hard to find cards that would go in here that other people haven't already suggested.

it is more aggressive than i think this deck plans on being, but Bant Charm is honestly one of the greatest cards you can run for those colors. Cyclonic Rift or Evacuation could work as a great board clear that makes people less sad about losing stuff, and have interesting mechanics with enter play effects. Spike Weaver is pretty much fog on a stick, and can be incredibly easy to add +1/+1 sometimes, or even convince someone at the table to give it counters to keep the fogs going. Seedborn Muse is another card that could keep the love coming. Oblation is a great spot removal card that fits in line with this deck. Mikokoro, Center of the Sea , Howling Mine . and Otherworld Atlas could have some more interesting temple bell effects. Magus of the Vineyard and Rites of Flourishing could be some interesting group ramp options.
Definitely an interesting deck the i will probably borrow from when i throw together a pheldaggriff deck one day. if you can give Ramp, Reuse, Wreck a look over that would be really cool.

I love this deck! I think you might like my deck, Zedruu the Goatfarted (Chaos). It puts together group hug and chaos into a whirlpool of pain! No win cons, either, so that's fun. Used to run Transcendence, but, well, look at the deck and try to figure out why I pulled it.

lol this is awesome. You should teach workshops on 'how not to play like an asshole'. Hell, if you did I would personally pay to have my friends go to it!
Anyways, +1 from me :)

You might want to run a Forbidden Orchard, it gives you great mana coverage while handing out tokens.

LOVE IT!
I am slowly falling in love with these kind of decks amongst my own EDH group, who tend to play a touch more on the competitive side.
Care to have a look at my own?

This looks like so much fun. Adding some of the cards to my want list. Any reason you don't run Howling Mine & Font of Mythos?? +1 man!

For a deck running blue that's just made for group hugs, throw in a Well of Ideas. Like you said, who doesn't like drawing cards? (Unless Nekusar is there)

Great deck! Looks really fun to play. It's always frustrating for players that aren't as good at making decks when they are killed before they can get their fun cards out and this deck keeps it fun for everyone. (btw my EDH deck is called Whittling Copycat if you wouldn't mind checking it out)

Love the deck! I myself have a Phelddagrif deck on here and I'm second place to you in votes lol, my deck is very group hug but it has a few group hug mechanics that can also be win conditions (for example Dictate of Karametra with Skyscribing). I completely understand and respect your choice to have as few win cons as possible though, as it can be extremely fun to do so.
Anyways there's a few cards that I use that people love that help me out as well, for example: Swans of Bryn Argoll prevents you from taking damage quite a bit, and it gives people card draw if they attack you. The vows (Vow of Duty, Vow of Flight, and Vow of Wildness) are good policing cards that cannot backfire on you, Dawnstrider is great for protecting people against large attacks, I noticed you don't have that many howling mine effects, but I assume that is intentional so that you can't be responsible for decking people, and Tempt with Reflections is a hilarious card especially with things like Heartwood Storyteller.
Anyways awesome deck! I really like that you decided not to give in to the temptation of win cons. +1 from me! If you want to see if there's anything you might want to put in, check out How to Have Fun in EDH - Phelddagrif Surprise, I bet there's at least one thing you like in there

Sylvan offering, benevolent offering and intellectual offering are all group hug oriented and are pretty fun with hive mind in play.

Your deck is hilariously awesome! I would suggest putting in Tempt with Discovery. It is always a fun card.
If you want to check out a deck on the other side of the spectrum, you can check out my competitive deck: She'll Blow Her Own Mind.
Definitely a +1 for you. Have a great day! :)

I posted this elsewhere: When you make the deck, please don't include a copy of the commander mainboard. It has a spot and is counted when you put it in the general slot in the interface.
