Basically the idea of this deck as with most aggro decks is to deal as much damage as fast as possible whilst still maintaining an element of control over the board-state.

Turn one: drop a Mountain, Legion Loyalist, deal 1 damage. Turn two: drop a Mountain, Burning Tree Emissary as many as you have and use your floating mana for a Madcap Skills on the Loyalist and deal 4, they're on 15. or bring out a Gore-House Chainwalker unleashed. Turn three: drop a plains, then bring out a Hammer of Purphoros or a Chained to the Rocks if need be to deal with a threat. swing in with your 4 damage from loyalist again and they are on 11. Turn four: drop your 4th land and Iroas, God of Victory then swing in for 7 haste damage thanks to your Hammer and 4 from Loyalist and whatever other damage to cause lethal.
