This deck focuses on burning your opponent and their creatures, while keeping your hand full and flipping Thing in the Ice
.
The deck is meant to be mana-cheap, cycled through quickly, and to be comprised of almost exclusively Horror creatures. The only exception to this theme is Sin Prodder.
Creatures:Sin Prodder will either be preparing your graveyard for
Take Inventory
, Galvanic Bombardment, and
Bedlam Reveler
, or he'll be burning your opponent every turn.
Forgotten Creation is a solid 3/3 Skulk, and will allow you to discard a crappy hand for something better. Since it's a horror to boot, you'll have a strong presence when Thing in the Ice
flips.
Thing in the Ice
is one win condition. It'll be easy to flip with the abundance of cheap spells, and by exploiting Harness the Storm.
Docent of Perfection
is a second wind condition, since you can easily apply the previous principle to creating an army of 3/2 fliers.
Bedlam Reveler
is a late game surprise, and a refill for your hand. Again, another horror creature to stick around. Ideally, you'll play it, get a cheap spell, and then move on to flip Thing.
The spells are chosen to constantly fill your hand, apply some burn power, and to exploit your graveyard and Harness the Storm. Fevered Visions will be easy to get early on, and will keep a fire under your opponent's feet the whole game.
The only trick I see to this deck is that Galvanic Bombardment is the only 'non-seeking' spell I can use. It shouldn't be a problem if I can flip Thing in the first few turns, but it keeps my deck pretty limited aside from creatures/enchantments.
