Pack rat! Load up the field with rats while slowing down the enemy with discard mechanics while you fill up the field with rats. Underworld connections helps to make sure you have the cards you need. Use a parallel lives or a growing ranks to speed up the populate process. Once Ogre Slumlord comes out you can have deathtouch blockers that generate even more rat tokens.

If your opponent manages to up a large army, let them attack unblocked and cast Druid's Deliverance to protect yourself and populate.

The sideboard is mostly focused on self/opponent wipe while regenerating with Golgari Charm. Once you have the mana, use Killing Wave on the field (and hopefully proc Black Cat), then use Golgari Charm or Immortal Servitude to pretend like nothing happened (and possibly get some more discard thanks to Ravenous Rat's ETB effect).

Considering pit-fight to make deathtouchers take down flyers. Also thinking about Desecration Demon to put some pressure on the opponent and for some sacrifice control.
