Synergies :

Unesh, Criosphinx Sovereign + Arbiter of the Ideal

Hour of Promise Ramp and create free small creature tokens. Hour of Promise will help you to find Nykthos, Shrine to Nyx. Great synergy with Spawning Bed who can provide you scion tokens later (good targets for Hour of Need).

Unesh, Criosphinx Sovereign + Hour of Need Tribal matter

Riptide Chimera + Trial of Knowledge or Oath of Nissa Very powerful effect if the riptide survive 1 turn.

Arbiter of the Ideal + Survivors' Encampment A free Springleaf Drum engine who's have a bonus with Hour of Promise

Arbiter of the Ideal + Vizier of Tumbling Sands Great on board AND great in hand with a really powerful cycle ability effect which doesn't fear Negate xD

Arbiter of the Ideal + Helm of the Gods Making enchantments and small creatures matter.

Some card like Helm of the Gods may be considered as useless if there no battlefield set up. Sultai Charm will help you to select the card you need and the discard ability is relevant to make drakes. Expansive creatures can also be discarded to be resurrect later.

Combo :

The deck contains a secret instant kill combo with symbo:U devotion, more as a "hoops, i won" than a main win condition but still a threat. You need :

• 7 devotion + Nykthos, Shrine to Nyx
• A Thassa's Ire on board
• One Vizier of Tumbling Sands without summoning sickness (at this point you can generate infinite mana and infinite tap or untap any permanents on bard)
• A Walking Ballista or a Wall of Forgotten Pharaohs (without summoning sickness) to kill.

Mass manifestation and Arbiter of the Ideal :

PS : With the same set up on battlefield : 7 devotion, a Thassa's Ire + Nykthos, Shrine to Nyx, one Vizier of Tumbling Sands without summoning sickness and you can manifest all artefacts, lands, creatures you want (cycling will help you to filter your library and repeat the process) with the Arbiter of the Ideal.
