This deck focuses on milling out your opponent while countering their possible answers, and to keep big creatures that don't get milled from getting onto the field with counter spells. It's not sure if it wants to be a mill, scrying, or control deck.

I also haven't added land to this yet. It also isn't streamlined by any means, and requires a lot of work.
