Start small, work big! Everything in the deck has evolve or makes evolve work faster. Ideal play is T1 Experiment One, T2 Gyre Sage, T3 Elusive Krasis, T4 Prophet of Kruphix, T4b Hydra, T5 start going crazy.
The deck has a ton of draw, too. I can dig one at a time with Zameck or draw a whole bunch with Give/Take. I love taking counters off of Renegade Krasis, and especially if a Kalonian Hydra is out, I can easily afford to take one or two counters off of every creature I have.
Give/ also lets me buff a creature as it enters to trigger an evolve that might not otherwise happen, or buff Master Biomancer to pump up an entering creature. /Take gives me 1 or sometimes 2 cards to draw early if my hand is otherwise bad.
Kalonian Hydras can give me insane amounts of green mana off my Gyre Sages, which is fantastic for Polukranos, and otherwise lets me cast a lot more of the 5+ cards I'm drawing every round.
Bioshift has several uses - throw counters on the unblockable Elusive Krasis, spring a combat trick, set up a better /Take, or ramp by moving counters onto a Gyre Sage.
Simic Charm is great to protect a hydra from a removal spell, can bounce a troublesome creature, or give either an entering creature extra stats to trigger evolve or buff Master Biomancer.
One practice round I had 68/68 and 20/20 Kalonian Hydras, 53/54, 17/18, and 9/10 Gyre Sages, 3 21/21 Experiment Ones, a 15/14 Renegade Krasis, and a 12/16 Elusive Krasis after a turn 8 attack.
Sideboard gives me a way to deal with flying, a way to deal with a big board on my opponent's side, counter spells, and a way to deal with gods. I think (and I'm completely open to suggestions) that the first things to remove for sideboarding are Master Biomancer and Renegade Krasis. If I need more than that, probably start diluting - taking out an Experiment One/Elusive Krasis/Prophet in that order.
Maybe board - Courser? No evolve, although it has nice stats at 3CMC for 2/4. With all the draw I can do, having one thinning ability per turn probably isn't a huge addition. I think I already have enough draw, so Fathom Mage and Prime Speaker Zegana are out. Incursion Specialist is interesting - good stats for cost, and I frequently cast two spells, which can give me another unblockable. No evolve, though, so I need to buff it up with Give/, Bioshift, Master Biomancer, etc. Murmuring Phantasm? Awesome stats for evolving, but otherwise no. Simic Manipulator allows for a lot of fun stuff, but it's not a threat by itself. Vorel was probably the closest call - sometimes I still want to put one back in. A T3 Vorel into T4 Kalonian means T5 my Kalonian swings for 16 instead of 8. But he isn't useful quickly, though. Often the turn after he comes out I don't have mana free anyway.
Thoughts? 5th sideboard card? Should I maindeck a little more control for more flexible starts? Prophet and Dissolve/Rift work so well together. Maybe a Mistcutter Hydra so I have more mana sinks for my 'roided Gyre Sages?
