Parallax Wave is really strong with Brago, as you can just wipe your opponents' board with enough triggers.

Explain to the me interaction with Parallax Wave as to me it just seems like temporary removal unless there is an interaction that causes the exiled cards not to return.

unfortunately I just realized that it's not infinite like I thought, but it would let you reset the Wave and get new creatures should they be more threatening. Plus, sometimes you just need a Journey to Nowhere that can hit multiple things.

With Parallax Wave, you can keep their three best creatures locked down for as long as you want. Still, not the most useful card since it also gives then lots of ETB triggers.

You should consider adding in some artifact ramp. Mana rocks that can be untapped for free are great, like Basalt Monolith, Gilded Lotus, and Mana Vault.

Act of Authority and Reality Acid are great ways to remove their permanents.

Some good creatures include Deadeye Navigator, Master Splicer, Palinchron, Sensor Splicer, and Wing Splicer.

I like the Splices... Infinite combos are banned in my play group and along with Deadeye Navigator and Palinchron. I agree those are pretty powerful though.
