The goal is to have Chandra's Spitfire out by turn 3.
Turn 4 and onward are using the Barrage of Expendables to toss the Ornithopter, a stolen creature or Goblin Arsonist (need more of these) at opponent which pumps up Chandra's Spitfire ...you get the idea.

There's a plethora of R cost burn spells to help the Spitfire burninate.
Wild Guess the excess Barrage of Expendables or Mountain.
Magma Jet to be sure lands are comin' up.
