Creature (1)

If you can't beat them, just mill them! That's how the saying goes, right? With this deck, you'll truly be able to Traumatize your opponents. Mill your opponent(s) on your upkeep (Patient Rebuilding), on your draw step or when just drawing a card (Jace's Erasure), or when you play a land (Ruin Crab, or Hedron Crab). Mill them on their upkeep (Curse of the Bloody Tome) or when they play a spell (Memory Erosion). Mill them when you counter a spell (Didn't Say Please or Thought Collapse), or swing at them with a fish (Fleet Swallower). Mill them for whatever reason - better yet, no reason at all. This deck will help you do all of those things, and more.

You won't have many friends, but you will (probably) have victory.

But wait, there's more. Is just milling your opponent not enough? Do you truly wish to make them regret every decision they've ever made? There's some flavor for that too. Frogify their commander. Better yet cast Imprisoned in the Moon and turn it into a colorless land instead.

There's a sub-theme of Jace here because he is bae, and originally this was a Jace deck until I started focusing on mill. You can take out all the planeswalkers and put in more counters (because blue), Mystical Tutor, any of the big Eldrazi, Iceberg Cancrix (for the meme) as well as update all the lands to Snow-Covered Islands. (I haven't for budget and aesthetic reasons.)

The land base here is all basics, with the exception of Dark Depths and Thespian's Stage - for that combo. I didn't include ways to tutor for a basic (Wayfairer's Bauble, Fabled Passage, Terramorphic Expanse, Traveler's Amulet, etc.) because in this deck it'd just be fetching... a basic island. I'd rather just have the basic and save myself the shuffle - and in the case of the artifacts, I'd rather spend the mana on something that will further this deck's endgame or a counter. But you do you, if you want to add them you're more than welcome too. I've never had an issue with running just the basics. Or you could add Expedition Map or something like it to fetch Dark Depths and/or Thespian's Stage.
