NoPantsParade I'm not trying to attack your comment just saying that it would have been so easy to just write something sarcastic like "Tarmogoyf isn't even good you should run Elixir of Immortality for the mill decks" and be done with it instead of writing a lengthy response like I chose to do.

Abbot of Keral Keep looks nice as a 2-3 of. If it were my list, I'd replace Huntmaster of the Fells  ^Flip with him.

My issue with Abbot of Keral Keep is that if I play him turn 2, it's likely I'm going to exile something useful. If I hit a land, great. I always have to play him later in the game, which means I'm putting off something better. Thanks for the suggestion though.

He's not fantastic because he's either an early beater or a late game card advantage engine. Bob is both. He's fine as 1-of on top of Dark Confidant but I wouldn't replace him. Essentially abbot is either a late game irrelevant body that comes with a free draw, or an early game body that exiles an uncastable card.

Would you ever consider running one Damnation? I run one with one Anger of the Gods in the SB and it has helped me a lot! Yeah it kills my creatures as well but if we are both top deck mode then I feel I have a better chance of winning. Just a thought.

Hey have you considered updating/running this with the new unbanning of Bloodbraid Elf? I've been a fan of this deck for quite some time. Your build inspired me to buy into Jund.
