High Priest of Penance looks good in here because it politicks well against them swinging in with sleeper agent. "nonland permanent" is a lot of scary things

Grim Haruspex for card draw (though it wont give you token draw)? or if you feel that you have enough lifegain...Dark Prophecy (3 solid black tho). hey with blartist in play its gold.

Not sure if you know this but Mindcrank and Bloodchief Ascension are an "Infinite" combo.

Magma Jet may have more upside than Faithless Looting. Tough call. I've used both. Are you running it solely as a means for dumping the pharaoh? If so, Silent Arbiter might be easier.

Vampiric Link is a good tool for controlling Sleeper Agent. Since "she" deals the damage on upkeep, you gain 2 life through the link. Or just slap it on your opponent's largest beat stick.
